Q: Where can I see and buy your work?

A: My work is available through several outlets – check here to find the latest.  Currently, all of my events are now online – to find out about my next events, check out my Blue Box Studio Facebook page and News page, where details will be announced once events confirmed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Payments through my Etsy shop are by Paypal or Etsy Direct Checkout.  Payments for any purchases through a Facebook page will be by Paypal invoice, you can pay either through your account or with a credit/debit card.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay me with Paypal, just use your credit or debit card instead.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping for online and Facebook orders?

A: This will be detailed in my Etsy shop, Amazon or Facebook listings – the cost of shipping includes packaging and is calculated by the weight and size of the items you purchase.  I combine postage so that you do not pay more than is necessary.  Orders will be posted by Royal Mail using 1st class standard postage within the UK and International Standard for international destinations, occasionally I might use a courier but this will be shown in the shipping information. For other postage costs please use my Get in touch page for a quotation. Unless shown otherwise in the item listing, I aim to despatch within 3 days of payment being received.

Q: Can I return an item for exchange or refund if I wish?

A: Yes, of course, provided you tell me you wish to do so within the time limits given by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.  My returns policy is here.
